  1. The free benefits under this plan can be availed by Upto four (4) members.
  2. Notifications
    2.1. Once a user registers with us, a welcome mail will be shared with them regarding the order status.
    2.2. Once a user makes payment on our website, an email containing payment confirmation as well as order status will be sent to them.
  3. After an order is successfully processed, users will automatically receive their HealthAssure login ID and Password along with details on how to avail benefits via SMS and Email within 48 hours.
  4. Appointments can be booked with any medical provider listed on the HealthAssure application (Google Playstore or Apple App Store) or Website.
  5. All bookings are secured digitally and are 100% cashless in nature and users are not required to make any cash payments.
  6. Users can contact our doctor helpline number for any concerns you are facing while using any services on 022-61676633 or drop an email on support@healthassure.in. Call centre is available from 9:00 am to 8:00pm, Mon-Sat (excluding Bank Holidays).
  7. Validity of the plan is for 12 months, starting from the date of Activation i.e., date of successful purchase of the product.
  8. Unlimited Tele consultation: Include telephonic doctor consultation with General Physicians & 18 other specialities. This benefit is provided in association with Doc24x7 on the HealthAssure application and website.
    8.1. Specialities (Ayurvedic, Cardiologist, Child Specialist, Cough & Fever, Dentist, Dermatologist, Diabetologist, Dietician, ENT, Eye Doctors, Gastroenterologist, Gynaecologist, Homoeopathy, Mental Health, Orthopaedics, Physiotherapy, Sexologist, Urologist)
  9. Fitness: Includes Unlimited Free access to LIVE fitness classes for self & family members, conducted daily through an online mode by experts at selected slots on weekdays (excluding holidays). Book from Yoga, dance workouts and other fitness mediums from the HealthAssure website/application. Post wallet consumption, users can avail services on a pay-per use basis via HealthAssure website/application for Self & Family.
  10. Diagnostics: Booking of health tests/packages on HealthAssure application and website. Users can avail exclusive discounts Upto 50%. Discount percentage may vary depending on the test selected. Price chargeable for health tests and packages may vary from provider to provider on tests, scans, health packages selected.
  11. Pharmacy: Now get doorstep delivery of medicines through the HealthAssure application. Users can avail medicines at Upto 15% discounts on a pay-per use basis via HealthAssure website/application. Valid Prescription upload is mandatory to request an order via HealthAssure website/application. Discount percentage may vary depending on the prescription medicines selected. Discount is valid only on purchase of prescription medicines and OTC medicines. No discount is applicable on FMCG products.
  12. Emergency or Critical Care services are not included in the plan benefits.
  13. Partners are subjected to change however services as per the benefits offered under the plan are assured.
  14. Plans once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, users are entitled to 7 days of Free Look Period from the date of payment, within which the plan can be cancelled (provided no booking is made within the Free Look Period). Refunds will be credited within 30-40 business days.

  16. The data collected from the users inclusive of personal details as well as information exchanged during consultation will be used solely for the purpose to carry out the work in relation thereto and be kept strictly confidential.
